1. Refund Policy

1.1 No Refund Policy. SocialEye operates a strict no-refund policy for all subscription purchases. Once payment is processed and your subscription is activated, you gain immediate access to our intelligence platform and database services. This instant digital delivery cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
1.2 Rationale. Our no-refund policy exists because:
- You receive immediate, full access to premium features upon payment
- Our service provides access to proprietary data that cannot be "un-accessed"
- Database queries and searches performed cannot be reversed
- The value of our service is delivered instantly upon activation
1.3 Trial Recommendation. We strongly recommend using our free tier to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription. The free tier allows you to:

1.4 Exceptional Circumstances. In rare cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion for:

2. Cancellation Policy

2.3 Effect of Cancellation. When you cancel:

- No further charges will be made to your payment method

- Search history and saved data will be retained according to our data retention policy
2.4 Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or 90-day) unless cancelled. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
2.5 Reactivation. If you cancel and later wish to resume your subscription, you can reactivate at any time through your dashboard. You will be charged the current rate for your selected plan.
2.6 Plan Changes. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated billing
- Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period
3. Delivery / Shipping Policy
3.1 Digital Service. SocialEye is a digital service platform. We do not sell or ship physical products. All services are delivered electronically through our web platform.
3.2 Instant Activation. Upon successful payment:
- Your subscription is activated immediately (typically within seconds)
- Premium features become available instantly in your dashboard
- You will receive a confirmation email with receipt and subscription details
- No physical delivery or shipping is required
3.3 Delivery Method. Service access is delivered through:

4. Payment Terms

5.2 Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Loss of access to all services and data
- Potential collection action for amounts owed
5.3 Fraudulent Disputes. We maintain detailed transaction records and will contest any fraudulent chargebacks. Fraudulent disputes may be reported to appropriate authorities.
